Then this is another important bit of information that these people are still alive or they have deceased. If the history of high blood pressure says that these people died of this disease then you should be alert before it attacks you.
A family history of high blood pressure is said to be strong enough if you have at least 3 people who have suffered from this before they reached the age of 60 years.
