Reduce the intake of alcohol and products which contain caffeine as both are harmful. Start doing light exercise but first consult your doctor. Walking is the best exercise. It will not only help in lowering high blood pressure but will also keep you fit by reducing your weight as it will help to burn the calories that you have consumed.
